Mark Bivins

Mark Bivins is a rancher and partner in Corsino Cattle Company. His family has made significant contributions to the cultural and economic growth of West Texas for four generations. A graduate of the University of Texas, he recognizes the significant impact West Texas A&M University has on Amarillo and its surrounding community.

Bivins is a board member of the Texas Agricultural Land Trust. He is a former Commissioner of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and has been a trustee of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation. He has served on the board of Taking Care of Texas, now known as Texan by Nature, the Governor’s Task Force for Economic Growth, the board of St. Andrew’s Day School, the McDonald Observatory Board of Visitors, the Don and Sybil Harrington Foundation, and the Amarillo Area Foundation. Bivins is a member of the Texas Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and Texas Cattle Feeders Association. He is a member of the University of Texas Chancellors Council, University of Texas Ex-Student Association, and former member of the Texas Business Hall of Fame.

Mark Bivins is an avid outdoorsman and is active in wildlife and land conservation throughout the state of Texas.
